Taylor Swift looked sweet and summery as she hit the streets on New York on Wednesday afternoon. Wearing a pink, cotton candy colored dress, she grabbed a bite to eat at Market Table 54 with her assistant.

Beating the intense city heat, she kept  cool inside the restaurant — before heading to her concert at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. She’s in town for four shows and expressed her excitement onTwitter:

“Newark!!! What a crazy, off the hook, bouncy, loud, dancy crowd. I love you, Jersey crowds. Night 1 of 4!”

Taylor has had quite an exciting year so far. Last month, she closed out the CMA Music Festival Nightly Concerts and performed during the finale of the Nashville concert series. Taking the stage in a gold dress and with lyrics scribbled on her arm, she rocked out for her enthusiastic fans.
